Return of incorrect or defective product
In case of incorrect shipment of product by us you have the right to return within fourteen (14) days of receipt. The product must be in excellent condition, not used, its packaging must be intact, it must contain the original contents and you must have proof of sale available. In case a defective product is found, you reserve the right to return it and replace it. In this case, the shipping costs of the new product are covered exclusively by us.

Right of withdrawal
According to the law on consumer protection (Law 2251/1994) you have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. The return of the product is accepted only if and if the product is in excellent condition, it has not been used, its packaging is intact, it includes the original contents and you have the proof of sale available. Returns are NOT made on products (underwear, swimwear, socks, tights and hair accessories).
All products must bear all the labels and accessories of the manufacturer that they had at the time of purchase, as well as the packaging that came with them.
When you 'll receive the products we acknowledge that they will be tested to confirm that they meet your expectations. Because some of these come in direct contact with the skin, please always wear underwear when testing them. In any case, the return costs will be covered by the customer.

The customer always is totally responsible for the return of the product to the address indicated in the Return Receipt, as the recipient company is unable to look for the parcel at any shipping company.
The return should be made to the address: (Recipient Name, Address). In any case, we recommend that you return the product with a registered parcel with a declared value of the actual value of the product, so as to avoid the risk of theft, damage or loss of your parcel, as we are not responsible for products that may be lost or damaged during their return to us.
We reserve the right not to accept returns of products that do not follow the return conditions. In case of non-compliance with the listed conditions, you may be charged the shipping cost.
Incorrect Return
If the amount of your refund is incorrect, please contact us on our phone and we will solve the issue as soon as possible.
Please note that Petite Ville reserves the right to reject a return declared or shipped outside the specified time period, as well as a return containing clothing that is not in the same condition as the receipt.
