Payment for your order using a credit, debit, or prepaid card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) is processed through NBG Pay, the secure payment service of the National Bank of Greece. The new platform complies with the PCI DSS 4.0 security standards and supports Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), ensuring an even higher level of protection for your transaction details.

Your card information is never stored on our e-shop and is transmitted securely and encrypted directly to the National Bank's platform. This guarantees that all card transactions made on our e-shop are completely safe.

Transfer of remittance from another bank: The customer should select "The costs are borne by the Customer". In any case of bank fees, all of them will be charged to the Customer, otherwise the payment will not be accepted.
Payment and order validity: All orders with "waiting for payment" remain in effect from the date they were made up to 3 business days. After the expiry of this deadline, unpaid orders will be cancelled.

CASH ON DELIVERY

Payment is made through the "Cash on Delivery" service provided by ACS with an additional charge of €1, including VAT.

The recipient pays upon receipt of the package.
