ORDER PROCESS MONITORING
Upon completion of the order the customer has the ability to monitor the status of his order and the shipment number (when the status is "Completed"). To monitor the progress of the order the customer can log in to his account with his login details here.
The options in the order status are the following:
Pending: The order has not been processed yet.
In process: The order (cash on delivery) is in the process of being prepared for shipment.
Waiting for payment: The order (by deposit) is valid and waiting for payment.
Paid: The order has been paid and is in the stage of preparation for shipment (payment status is updated after checking the accounts).
Completed: The order has been sent to the recipient (the shipping number is updated via email).
Canceled: Order canceled.
COMPLETION / SHIPPING ORDER
After the completion / sending of each order from our company, the customer receives an informative email 'order completion' with the tracking number (track number) of the parcel.
